Identify at least four ways in which you can improve your current English e-mail writing ability.1 . Purchase materials that can help you improve your writing skills. In order to become a better writer you should have certain items such as a personal journal, notepads, pens, pencils, a dictionary, encyclopedias and a variety of books, magazines, newspapers and scholarly journals to read.2 . Establish a certain time to practice your writing exercises. It is important to spend as much time as possible doing your writing exercises (at least 4 times a week), so you can become a better writer. Good writers are always writing something new or proofreading and revising their current writing projects. So, decide how much time you can devote to becoming a better writer and set a schedule.3 . Spend time reading each day. Not only should you spend time practicing your writing skills, but you should also read materials that are educational, interesting and entertaining to you. Locate materials that can challenge your mind and give you ideas to write about. Also, reading is a good way to expand your vocabulary and improve your grammar.4 . Make a list of topics that interest you. Think about all of the things that you want to write about and create a list of them. The topics can include anything that you find interesting, fun and enlightening. Try making a list of at least 10 topics to start with and you can add to this list as often as you like.
