• Manufacturing Licenses will be approved for:- luxury passenger vehicles engine capacity of 1800 c.c. and above and on
the road price above RM 150,000.00- hybrid & electric vehicles- pickup trucks- commercial vehicles- motorcycles engine capacity 200 c.c. and above
• Removal/reduction of Import Duty• Companies manufacturing transmission systems, brake, airbag & steering
systems are eligible for better fiscal incentives• Assembly/manufacturing hybrid/electric vehicles will be granted 100% ITA of PS
for 10 years, customized training & R&D grants, full exemption of excise duty, 100% PS for 10 years or 100% ITA for years for selected critical components supporting hybrid & electric vehicles
