    At the beginning of the year 2014, there will be only one store, but

    our goal is to expand our business both locally (by opening new stores) and

    nationally in the near future. Given our openness towards the Western

    border we would be also interested in working with companies abroad.

    III. MARKET DESCRIPTION

    WHO ARE OUR CLIENTS?

    Our main clients are rather other companies, both legal or natural persons who

    need, want and are willing to buy our goods.

    For any company, the customer is always priority number one. In the world of

    trade only those who know how to attract new customers and to keep the old

    ones and get them to buy as many products succeed. Our prospective customers

    are people of all ages, ranging from 5 year-old children to older people.

    However, the target market consists of people aged between 14 and 50 years

    old.

    Of course, most products are bought by clients not only for immediateconsumption, but also to be served at different events such as: weddings,

    birthdays, meetings.

    Plan and techniques in attracting clients:

    Our main plan in attracting clients is to inform natural or legal persons

    and companies, that we sell high quality traditional, organic products.Another plan in making new customers is to present and give promotions

    and offers which our company provides to clients in a large number.

    I V. BUSINESS IDEA

    Given the economic and financial situation of the company we would

    be ready for the next six months to participate in auctions organized by

    local community institutions (Kindergartens with extended program nr. 45,

    47,53, 54,55, 56; School no. 16, Dacia School, George BariiuSchool ofArts and Crafts Oradea; Gendarmerie School; Local Hospital, CFR

    Hospital; Military Hospital Oradea ), in the food field (bakery products).

    If we win the auction, the estimated profit at the end of 2014 will be

    about 15% higher than the current profit. Because, nowadays, fewer and

    fewer people are interested in the future and needs of children abandoned

    in orphanages, Panemar has proposed, for the following six months, to give

    donations in the form of pastries and bakery products.

    Therefore, each month we will donate 300 RON to the

    Orphanage no. 2 Oradea, located on 13 Feldioarei Street and 300 RON toPetiorul Auriu House, located on 31 Averescu Street. These centershave under protection a large number of abandoned children and also

    children with disabilities that need to be supported in integrating into

    society and gaining an independent lifestyle. In these circumstances, the

    state provides 10% reduction for the income tax.

    Nowadays, more and more companies focus not only on the pleasant

    appearance but also on the warranty period to be as long as it can be.

    Therefore, PANEMAR is one step against these companies because it

    uses organic products, representing a great advantage for human health.

    Selling organic products is certainly a special idea compared to the

    competitorsideas.

    DEVELOPMENT PERSPECTIVES:

    Given the economic situation that our country is going through right

    now, the future of our companysdevelopment goals aim to maintain thebusiness market and to generate revenues to cover costs.One of the main objectives is to expand business locally and

    nationally.

    At the same time,we are planning to hire people with disabilities in

    the following 2 years, so this action involves receiving subsidies granted bythe state. In this way, our company will bring an important contribution to

    social environment.
