MLS - This is an agent network that realtors use to share all available listings. I have access to all properties in the MLS and on Condo.com and RELife.com which simplifies the process and makes it unnecessary to work with anyone other than me.

FSBO - These are homes “for sale by owner”. I can represent you on these as well. I will ensure you pay market value and that all paperwork is done properly.

Craigslist / Other websites - If you see a property either by owner or realtor on any other website, simply send me the link. I’ll do the work and make everything easy and stress free for you!

Condo.com / Houses.com - All our agents have access to exclusive pre-construction and new development inventory as well as 3,000,000+ condo and single family home listings.

1. Confirm and prioritize your wants and needs in your dream home

2. Enter your criteria in Condo.com and the MLS and search FSBOs and expired listings

3. Schedule for instant property match notification through MLS so we are aware of all new properties as they come on the market

4. Call and investigate any properties you see from signs, by owner, and other websites

5. Show the properties you select in a timely fashion

6. Provide recent sales data to make sure you are paying market value

7. Facilitate offer and negotiation

8. Assist in arranging all financing, appraisals, and inspections

9. Help you choose an attorney or escrow/title company and coordinate transaction completion

10. Call you weekly to advise of the status of your deal and answer any questions you may have along the way
