Many people think that breads cause the build-up of fat. However, breads contain vitamins that help you continue daily life. They contain grain which lowers cholesterol. It also has a fiber which leads to a healthy colon and a healthy body.

Preservation

Preservation is a much needed process when it comes to nutrition. Bad preservation cause an influx of germs entering the body, which as you know, can be hazardous and even fatal. However, good preservation would lead to

longer life expectancy and good food.

Nutrition

Nutrition is overall a very important factor in the human body. Eating nutritiously is essential for body production. Without it, the body will crash: and who wants that accident to happen?

Proteins

Proteins come from various sources, such as: meats, vegetables, fruits, fish, grain, and many other places. They provide the energy needed for survival and they come in handy when it is time for fun or sports.

Food Safety AND Health

As you know unhealthy habits are vices that are sweeping the nation all too quickly. The FDA guarantees and promotes food safety. They provide tips for safety such as closed top containers and checking expiration dates.
