Brush your Teeth!
It is so important to brush our teeth twice a day.
In the morning after we eat breakfast and at night before bed.
We need to do it for 2 whole minutes.
We also need to floss our teeth at least once a day.
Bathe or Shower
It is important that we take a bath or shower at least once a day.
We have to stay clean to keep the germs away.
It is also good to stay smelling fresh for you and those around you!
ALWAYS Wash your hands!
