After much exploration, we decided to raise purebred, Certified DUROC® sires, which are registered and can be traced back to a pedigree of the finest quality pigs for their scrumptious meat characteristics. We are among a rare group of packers who can actually market our brand as authentic, third-party validated, “Certified DUROC®.”

We partner with a very select group of high-integrity family farmers who pledge to raise these amazing animals according to rigorous high standards, with the utmost dedication and care. Finally, we wholly own and operate a new, high-tech facility unlike any other in the U.S. which combines precision robotics with the hand-trimming expertise of skilled butchers to lock in the meat’s flavor, rosy color and freshness.

Our entire team shares founder Glen Taylor’s vision for elevating the craft of raising pork — to bring back pork the way he remembers it as a child growing up on the family farm in Comfrey, MN.
