Formed primarily to compete with the larger
one-stop-shop MRO organisations, C-MROS
retains the flexibility always found in smaller
workshops, but is able to produce improved
fixed pricing or not to exceed pricing
agreements, core exchanges to support
workshop activities, Flying Hour or Power by
Hour Agreements or even be your stores and
logistics centre with GRI’s and stores personnel
24-7 to support your needs (audited and
approved by your QA).

reactive freight forwarder giving discounted
rates and organising all your freighting
requirements worldwide.

C-MROS is already working with one major
European airline, assisting them in reducing
costs. Though they hold a Flying Hour
Agreement with a major MRO, C-MROS group
has been able to offer them major savings in a
number of areas:
1. Consolidating completing and managing
non Contract Repairs.
2. Reviewing and recovering items declared
BER by the FHA provider.*
3. Working with EVS on parting out BER’s
and recovering piece parts for resale,
splitting profits after costs with the
customer.**
4. Reviewing low cost consumable
repairable items for potential repair and
return to stock.
5. Reviewing high cost ‘Non Repairable’
items and designing repairs through a
Part 21 approved design office.
* Our overheads and therefore rates are much reduced from that of major MRO’s allowing us to complete more cost effective repairs.
** All cost for repair/evaluation are covered by the group, there are no inspection fees or collection fees.
6. Building a history of repairs and stocking parts
for exchange purposes in AOG situations.
7. Assisting in managing their purchases,
consolidating them through the group and
reducing the need for additional
administration, setting up accounts, auditing
etc.
8. Offering warehousing and storage with GRI’s
audited, tested and approved by their QA
departments allowing them to book in goods
and manage long term storage items.
9. On Wing repairs to keep you aircraft flying.
10. Parts sharing between customers reducing the
need of expensive exchanges (on customers
approval)
We have offered all these services under a
simple General Terms Agreement and can do
the same for you.
