Due to the partner change procedure, the JTS indicated that for C-PLUS the rule should consider exceptions, as well as the delay we had in the implementation of some activities.

High level of expenditures must be however granted by all the partners

Finalisation of PROGRESS REPORT NR.3: please send asap the requested clarifications

Start to prepare the certifications for the PR4 Next project meeting is in Berlin in November 2012
