Provided technical and financial input into joint venture as a non-operator representative, advising senior NIS management of project plans, budget and operational activities. Participated in Operating Committee, Technical Committee and Finance Committee for offshore Blocks 3-05A, 3-05A, 3-85 and 3-91. Budget levels to $50 million

E&P Deputy Executive Director and E&P Overseas Director, NIS-Gazpromneft. Formulated business plans and strategies, led technical/commercial teams to identify and capture assets in the Balkan Region, West and North Africa. Budget levels to $120 million. The company’s strategy was focused on the Balkan region and the expansion of the exploration and production area from Serbia to the neighboring countries. In less than two years following assets have been acquired: (1) Romania – Five exploration licenses and one producing license in western part, Pannonian basin; (2) Hungary – Three exploration licenses; (3) Bosnia and Hercegovina – Exploration license on whole territory of Republic Serbs. All licenses are active and Work programs are going on.

Over 25 seismic sequences were mapped and 10 proposals for exploration drilling prepared.
