Project Manager, LEED AP BD+C
Shaun Andriano has nearly 10 years of professional project experience in the fi eld of architecture. His experience has ranged from initi al concept and space planning through the development of constructi on documents. Three-dimensional modeling and renderings are one of Shaun’s greatest strengths, as he is able to realisti cally portray concepts for presentati ons. This skill allows for producti ve and effi cient dialogue early in a project, and thus paves the way for a design which is in line with clients vision while maintaining an effi cient budget and schedule.
Shaun has had the opportunity to contribute to many stages in the architectural process, including programming, design, contract document preparati on, constructi on administrati on and project management. His love for architecture and subsequent thoroughness are evident in his most recent projects which include Mio Vino Wine Bar, SEFCU Square offi ce building, Planet Fitness Gyms, and Socha Plaza Mixed Use Building.
Shaun’s latest accomplishment is earning the credenti al of LEED Accredited professional with specialty (BD+C) and serving as a LEED project coordinator at C2 Design | Architecture. The LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) program, developed by the U.S. Green Building Council, provides a level of expectati on for sustainable design, from site selecti on through a building’s interior fi nishes. Shaun’s Commitment to the program demonstrates his awareness of the responsibility as a professional to reduce landfi ll waste caused by constructi on, as well as design focused on building occupant’s well-being and happiness through natural daylight and views, thermal comfort and indoor environmental quality. As LEED coordinator, Shaun leads the team of designers, contractors, and owner through the LEED process to achieve building certi fi cati on. It is with his leadership and knowledge, that two projects have achieved LEED Gold and LEED Silver certi fi cati on levels, with a third project currently in the LEED certi fi cati on process.
