Our VINASTAB range is manufactured in one of the world’s most effi cient stabiliser production plants. The design is calculated to reduce energy consumption by 65% for every tonne of stabiliser produced in comparison with older technology and vacuum transfer based systems, giving you a way of improving your carbon footprint without any major investment or alterations. To this end, our 8000 series of specialised recycling solutions can even bring a second life to old PVC.

Annual capacity of 20kt dedicated to the production of stabilisers and specialty one-pack solutions with the key design philosophy: Safety, Operational Efficiency, Accuracy, Consistency & Quality. RFID tagged vessels ensure total traceability throughout the production process, automatically dosed from 28 dedicated raw material stations eliminating cross contamination. Each vessel is transported via a rail guided system before discharging above the high efficiency mixer. This fully automated process means no transfer pipework, no feed issues, no contamination. Each 500kg mix uses advanced mixing technology to maximise efficiency and a consistently high level of dispersion without excessive friction or heat, and all this at a rate exceeding 3 tonnes per hour. This blend is then gravity fed into twin granulation lines providing in-line production rates to maintain constant mixer feed, thus ensuring total granule integrity, exceptionally low powder in the final product and gives a subsequent waste of <0.01% on a 20t campaign.

All mixer and granulation equipment is electronically isolated and accessed using quick release technology. With total access comes easy and thorough cleaning which eliminates contamination concerns and ensures extremely high levels of safety. With the multitude of considerations pieced together from concept to implementation, the result has been more successful than imagined. With quality and consistency second to none, the plant has proven to perform beyond expectations.  The design has produced an operation so considered and meticulously planned that we are seeing a 65% reduction in our carbon footprint whilst making world class products, a feat we believe to be possibly our most valuable outcome in today’s challenging world.
