1. Export Data from FB Insights

Select CSV File

Select ‘Post Data’

2. Find columns with ‘Lifetime Post Total Reach’ and ‘Lifetime Engaged Users’

3. Divide sum of ‘Lifetime Engaged Users’ by sum of ‘Lifetime Post Total Reach’

89 divided by 909 = 9.79% Engagement Rate(Lifetime Post Reach)(Lifetime Engaged Users)
