To assess the technological components and logistical requirements of a 21st century combatant the Open NATO Future SoldierWorkshopwillevaluatetheequipmentneededbydismountedsoldiersandsmallunitstofighteffectivelyandsurviveandwinonthemodernbattlefield-notonlyasinter-operableweaponsplatforms,butasanetworkedintelligencesensor.
