FELLOWSHIP POTLUCK: Is next Sunday, July 26th, mark your calendars now and plan on joining us! Calvary will provide the chicken; all you need to bring is your favorite side dish or dessert. Sign up at the back table so we have a head count!

B.A.C.M. DONATIONS: Are due next Sunday, July 26th. All donations of Spaghetti sauce and Pasta can be placed on the table at the back of the sanctuary. Thank you for your generosity! LADIES LUNCHEON: All ladies are invited to join us on Saturday, August 22nd from 11am-1pm here at Calvary for a lovely luncheon. The cost is free to you! MEN’S PRAYER: Meeting the 1st and 3rd Saturday morning of each month here at the church. Our next meeting is Saturday, August 1st at 7:30am. Gentlemen, mark your calendars and plan to join us!

To “drink the cup” was a greater thing than calming the seas or raising the dead. The prophets and apostles could do amazing miracles, but they did not always do the will of God and thereby suffered as a result. Doing God’s will and thus experiencing suffering is still the highest form of faith, and the most glorious Christian achievement.

Please do not allow children to work the Distillata cooler. Please keep children out of the parking lot after service. Please be sure children are accompanied by a responsible adult

when playing outside. This includes the basketball area.

Calvary Chapel has been formed as a fellowship of believers in the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Our supreme desire is to know Christ and be conformed into His image by the power of the Holy Spirit. We are not a denominational church, nor are we opposed to denominations as such, only their over-emphasis of doctrinal difference that have lead to the division of the body of Christ. We believe that the only true basis of Christian fellowship is His love, which is greater than any difference we possess and without which we have no right to claim ourselves Christians.

WE BELIEVE worship of God should be Spiritual. Therefore we remain flexible and yielded to the Holy Spirit to direct our worship.

WE BELIEVE worship of God should be Intelligent. Therefore our services are designed with great emphasis upon teaching the Word of God that He might instruct us how He should be worshipped.

WE BELIEVE worship of God is Fruitful. Therefore we look for His love in our lives as the supreme manifestation that we have truly been worshipping Him.
