Eye strain

I could suffer from this due to staring at a computer screen for a prolonged amount of time.

I am using the Macs and my home PC for a large amount of time since my project is a animation.

Medium due to it causing headaches and eye pain.

To avoid further eye strain you could lower the contrast of the brightness as well as taking regular breaks from the screen.

Hand strain

From using a keyboard and keeping your hand in a similar pose or prolonged use o time

I give my hand a beak every half an hour to make sure my hand doesnt hurt or seize up.

Low risk because you can avoid it if you take regular breaks.

Regularly take breaks from the keyboard and keep stretching your hand to avoid cramp.
