We work with farmers in Cuenca who grow grapes much as they have done for centuries, cultivating old bush vines on sandy chalk soils, in a hot dry climate. They have never used, nor needed chemicals.

We select low yielding vineyards and ripe fruit to create a wine suitable for any occasion. The vineyards are closely monitored so grapes are picked at their best and the state of the art winery is well equipped with the most modern winemaking machinery to create fantastic wines.
Tasting
A deliciously fresh and lively white with crisp apple and ripe pineapple character. Lovely juicy citrus on the palate and a refreshing finish.
