Exploring rhythms and songs from around the world. Simon Langton Girls’ Grammar School Senior Chamber Choir St. Peter’s Methodist Hall 2.20pm - 2.50pm The SLGGS Chamber Choir are known for their high-performance standards having recently performed in Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Marlowe Theatre, and a tour of UK Cathedrals. Snowdown Male Voice Choir St Peter’s Methodist Church 3pm - 3.30pm A Male Voice Choir based in Aylesham and founded in 1929 by the miners moving into the area to open the Kent coalfield. Canterbury Girls’ Choir St. Peter’s Methodist Church Hall 3pm - 3.30pm A choir for girls from the Canterbury area. The choir sing in a range of styles and languages and perform regularly in concerts and events. Canterbury Ladies’ Choir St. Peter’s Methodist Church Hall 3.40pm - 4.10pm A non-selective choir for ladies of every age and ability from the Canterbury area. They enjoy a wide range of styles and perform regularly in concerts and events in the UK and Northern Europe. The Canterbury Voices St. Peters Methodist Church 4.20pm - 4.50pm An all-female chamber choir from the Canterbury area. Beautiful Noise celebrates the very best of Canterbury community music making. In a day of performance, local musicians will play and sing in locations across the City with a selection of indoor and outdoor venues hosting bite-size performances throughout the day.

East Kent Schools Together: The Big Sing Longmarket Shopping Centre 11am - 11.15am The East Kent Schools partnership choir The Big Sing, brings together students from across the partnership to have fun, increase confidence and positively impact wellbeing.
Jazz Omnibus St. Peter’s Methodist Church 11am - 11.30am An enthusiastic group of Jazz musicians playing songs from the Great American Songbook and more recent jazz numbers.
Just Jazz St Peter’s Methodist Church Hall 11am - 11.30am Acoustic folk rock singer-songwriter playing a combination of their own material plus pop and rock classics.
Canterbury Academy Westgate Hall 11am - 12pm Enjoy a selection of music by a variety of performers from the Canterbury Academy, led by 6th form music programme students.

Within the group are gifted instrumentalists who will also perform choice pieces of their repertoire.
