Over the years Jarlam has completed many conveyor installation and relocation projects. We are renowned for supplying custom conveyors to a range of industries within Victoria as well as interstate. Specialising in stainless steel we can build conveyor systems suited to your specific needs. Time is initially spent alongside our clients to understand their process requirements as well as line layout configuration which are key elements in providing the correct solution. Our design processes consider features including safety, hygiene and maintenance. We also have drafting with 3D capabilities, or can fabricate using customer’s designs and drawings.

Jarlam provides a comprehensive installation service for our conveying systems as well as systems supplied by others. Our qualified tradesman and design team can manage the entire process from assisting with design, fabrication and installation including all commissioning requirements. Jarlam can also modify conveyors and equipment if required during the installation process. This ensures minimal time delays to production as well as providing an effective and efficient service.

Our conveyors are designed and manufactured in Australia by skilled tradesman to ensure your conveyor complies with AS1755-2000 Australian safety standards. Our strong fabrication knowledge ensures our conveyors are practical in design with an emphasis on fabricating a robust stainless conveyor body and framework. We work in conjunction with Intralox, Forbo, Siegling, Dotmar, Rexnord, SEW and Festo to provide the correct conveyor solution. Supplying conveyor systems to large multinationals as well as smaller companies, we understand your conveying requirements.

Everyone at Jarlam places a huge emphasis on safety and understands the importance of OH&S while performing high risk work. At Jarlam our management team, tradesman and first aid representatives work closely with your OH&S personnel to ensure every aspect of the project runs in accordance to strict Australian Standards and safety procedures. All work is carried out with relevant PPE required for a safe job. Jarlams detailed documentation consisting of JSA’, SWMS and any relevant insurance details provide customer peace of mind. The safety of our staff and clients is paramount and our reputation in this area has been the deciding factor for us winning a number of projects.

Jarlam will handle all aspects of machinery and equipment relocation, from the mechanical and electrical disconnection and reconnection right through to commissioning and factory make goods if required. Jarlam also provides all required equipment including both heavy and light forklifts, scissor lifts, knuckle booms, cranes, transport services and site kits along with our fully equipped workshop this allows us to modify existing equipment to suit new layouts as well as fabricating urgent items as they’re required providing minimal time delays during the machinery relocation and installation process.
