Objectives of the CD Plan
Main objective : improved capacity for efficient implementation of TB and HIV Grants to ensure universal access to health care.
Specific objective 1 : Improved capacities of SRs in programmatic, financial, procurement and M&E implementation areas to ensure SR’s results in terms of indicator and financial accountability.
Specific objective 2 : Detailed assessment of MoH capacity needs and its implementation in the optic of it becoming future PR.

Content of the CDP- Programmatic : strengthen the national strategies
and processes of TB and HIV national programs
- Financial : reinforce financial management of SRs
- Procurement : train SRs in stock management and improve stocking conditions and quality assurance
- M&E : strengthen national policies on M&E, train SRs and MoH on M&E tools, engage dialog with all partners, UNFPA, UNICEF, PEPFAR working on HIV
