HOW TO REGISTER TO BINUS VIRTUAL SPORT - STAFF

1. Buka Link Registrasi : http://bit.ly/binusvirtualsport2021.

Open the Registration Link : http://bit.ly/binusvirtualsport2021.

2. Klik Daftar Sekarang.

Click Daftar Sekarang.

3. Masukan Email BINUS & Password, kemudian Klik Log In.

Enter your BINUS Email & Password, then Click Log In.

Format login / Login Format

• Email : username@binus.edu

• Password : [BinusianID / KodeDosen] [Binus40TH] (tanpa spasi)

Password : [BinusianID / LecturerCode] [Binus40TH] (without a space)

Akun yang terdaftar pada website CAUSE.ID hanya 1 akun per keluarga Binusian (diwakilkan oleh

BinusianID yang didaftarkan kepada cause.id, yaitu kepala keluarga atau Staf Pria, berlaku untuk pasangan

dari Staf+Staf, serta Dosen+Dosen), Jika terdapat pasangan Dosen+Staf, maka BinusianID yang

didaftarkan adalah akun yang Staf. Jika terdapat pasangan AFM+AFM, maka registrasi dapat dilakukan

oleh kedua AFM (secara terpisah).

The account registered on the CAUSE.ID website is only 1 account per BINUSIAN family (represented by

the BinusianID registered with cause.id, namely the head of the family or Male Staff, valid for Staff+Staff,

and Lecturer+Lecturer couples). If there are Lecturer+Staff couples, then the registered BinusianID is a

Staff account. If there are AFM+AFM couples, the registered BinusianID is both of AFMs (register

separately).

4. Cek kembali data anda apakah sudah sesuai.

Recheck your data to see if it is correct.

5. Pilih ukuran Jersey untuk Karyawan, Pasangan, dan Anak (sesuai dengan data yang terdaftar pada Human

Capital).

Choose the size of the Jersey for Employees, Their Partners, and Children (according to the data

registered on Human Capital).

6. Klik (V) pada persetujuan atas data yang dimasukan serta telah memahami peraturan race, lalu Klik

Lanjutkan.

Click (V) to agree for the data that has been input as well as to confirm that you understand the race

regulations, then Click Lanjutkan.

7. Pilih Kategori Race yang ingin diikuti (pilihan bisa lebih dari 1).

Choose the Race Category that you would like to join (you can choose more than 1).

8. Anda dapat membeli tambahan Jersey dan Medali yang ada pada kolom Add-On.

You can purchase an additional Jersey and Medal in the Add-On column.

9. Anda dapat melakukan Donasi dengan cara memasukan nominal donasi (minimal Rp 10.000).

You can make a Donation by entering the donation nominal (minimal Rp 10,000).

10. Apabila anda tertarik untuk mendonasikan buku baru maupun buku bekas yang layak pakai, silakan pilih

opsi Donasi Buku.

If you are interested to donate new or used books, please choose the option Donasi Buku.

11. Klik (V) persetujuan atas data yang dimasukan terkait pilihan kategori race, add-on, dan donasi serta telah

menyetujui ketentuan yang berlaku, lalu Klik Lanjutkan.

Click (V) agree for the data that has been input related to the race category, add-on, and donation

categories as well as your agreement of the effective stipulations, then Click Lanjutkan.

12. Cek kembali tagihan yang harus anda bayarkan (jika ada), kemudian klik Pilih Cara Bayar.

Recheck your outstanding balance to pay (if there is any). Then click Pilih Cara Bayar.

13. Pilih Metode Pembayaran yang anda inginkan, lalu Klik Continue.

Choose your desired Payment Method,then Click Continue.

14. Selesaikan Pembayaran anda sebelum batas waktu pembayaran yang dicantumkan pada layar.

Complete your Payment before the payment time limit that is displayed on the screen.

Submit a screenshot/photo of your activity results to Cause through the website by following the guidelines below:

1. Screenshot/foto hasil lari yang mencantumkan jarak, durasi, dan tanggal sesi lari

Include a screenshot/photo of the running results that show the distance, duration, and date of the running

session.

2. Login ke profile Cause melalui https://cause.id/login

Log in to your Cause profile through: https://cause.id/login.

3. Klik tombol Submit Result

Click the Submit Result button.

4. Isi data-data dan upload foto hasil lari dan selfie (jika ada)

Fill in the data and upload a photo of the running results and a selfie photo (if there is one).

5. Klik Submit untuk menyelesaikan proses submission

Click Submit to complete the submission process.

3. Pada halaman Profile, tekan Submit Now pada event yang diikuti.

4. Pilih Treadmill/Other Running Application

Choose the Treadmill/Other Running Application.

5. Isi data-data dan upload foto hasil lari dan selfie (jika ada)

Fill in the data and upload a photo of the running results and a selfie photo (if there is one).

6. Klik Submit Run untuk menyelesaikan proses submission

Click Submit Run to complete the submission process.

1. Login ke profile Cause melalui https://cause.id/login.

Login to your Cause profile through https://cause.id/login.

2. Klik “Connect Other Apps” atau buka link berikut https://cause.id/settings#connect-app.

Clik “Connect Other Apps” or open this link https://cause.id/settings#connect-app.

3. Pilih Garmin/Strava/Suunto/Polar.

Choose Garmin/Strava/Suunto/Polar.

4. Klik “Connect Now”.

Click “Connect Now”.

5. Lanjutkan proses sinkornasi Account hingga selesai.

Follow the account synchronization process until finished.

Catatan / Note :

Connect melalui mobile app Cause hanya bisa dilakukan saat acara sudah dimulai. Jika bermaksud menghubungkan

sebelum acara dimulai, silakan mengacu ke instruksi untuk versi website.
