Commercial stainless steel cleaners can be used following the product's instructions to prevent any discoloration. Avoid any cleaners with strong acid solutions.

Galvanized Steel Frame Furniture Galvanized steel is easy to keep clean as it is virtually maintenance free. A mild soap and water solution is recommended to keep the surface clean. Rinse and dry thoroughly.

Table Tops Source Furniture table tops are designed for normal indoor and outdoor use in commercial settings. If tabletop is stained with products such as wine, soda, coffee, or other colorants of organic origin, clean spills immediately with a mild detergent then rinse with water. In extreme cold climates, it is recommended that table tops be stored in a dry indoor area or be covered with suitable furniture covers. Be sure to allow space between the tabletop and the cover so that moisture does not collect on the table; this will promote airflow and allow moisture to escape.

Dura board This superior material made HOPE High Density Polyethylene and can be used indoors or outdoors as it will not fade in the sunlight. To care and maintain for Duraboard products use a soft dampened rag with cold water or use a mild detergent solution, rinse with water, and dry. Do not use any abrasive cleaning materials containing acids, methyl alcohol, hydrocarbons or solvents. Duraboard is lead and heavy metal free, which allows optimized performance while being environmentally friendly. No glue will stick to this material and no paint will adhere to the surface making it graffiti proof.

Duratop Duratop table tops are easy to maintain as they are constructed as one seamless piece. To clean, wipe the surface with a damp cloth. To clean spills use a mild detergent solution, rinse with water, and dry. Regular household cleaners are safe to use on Duratop table tops.

Molded Resin (Polycarbonate and Polypropylene) To care and maintain our Molded Resin products use a soft dampened rag with cold water. Do not use any abrasive cleaning materials containing acids, methyl alcohol, hydrocarbons or solvents.

Quartz Quartz Table Tops should be use only indoors as color may fade when exposed to direct sunlight. In general, they are pretty low maintenance. Generally, warm, soapy water takes care of cleaning the surface. Avoid abrasive cleansers and harsh chemicals. Spills should be cleaned as soon as possible to avoid staining. If gum or paint need to be removed, use a plastic scraper to gently scrape away it away.

Porcelain To maintain and clean Porcelain table tops, wipe the surface with a damp cloth. To clean spills use a mild detergent solution, rinse with water, and dry as soon as possible.

Other Maintenance Source Furniture recommends a thorough check of all moving parts such as hinges, nuts and bolts periodically. With failing to maintain these parts, disassembly or breakage may occur and void the warranty.

Cushions To prevent damage, water on cushions can be drained by standing the cushion upright to let dry.

Sling fabrics To clean cushions made with Serge Ferrari® or Phifertex® sling fabric use a mild soap mixed with two tablespoons of bleach and a gallon of water. Use a soft brush to apply the cleaning solution and rinse off thoroughly with clean water. You can also use a brush or vacuum.

Upholstery and Awning / Marine (Shade) Fabric Cushions made with Sunbrella® fabrics can be washed by briskly sponging with a solution of mild soap. For stains, a fabric spot remover can be used. Please follow all directions for the spot remover products. One of the best ways to keep Sunbrella® brand fabrics looking good and to delay deep or vigorous cleanings is to properly maintain the fabrics. This can be accomplished by simply brushing off dirt before it becomes embedded in the fabrics, wiping up spills as soon as they occur or spot cleaning soon after stains occur.

Fabrics General or light cleaning: Brush off any loose dirt. Prepare a cleaning solution of 2 ounces (1/4 cup) mild soap per gallon of lukewarm water (less than 100°F/38°C). Use a sponge or a soft bristle brush to clean. Allow cleaning solution to soak into fabric. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue. Allow fabric to air dry. Spot cleaning: Apply a light mist of our recommended cleaning solution using a spray bottle . Work the solution into the stain by lightly scrubbing the area with a sponge or very soft bristle brush . Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue. Blot excess moisture with a clean, soft towel or sponge. Wet-vacuum or blot excess water . Repeat these steps until stain is removed .

Fabrics Heavy cleaning for stubborn stains and mildew: Sunbrella® fabric does not promote mildew growth, however, mildew may grow on dirt and other foreign substances that are not removed from the fabric. To clean mildew, or other stubborn stains: Prepare a solution of 8 ounces (1 cup) of bleach and 2 ounces (1/4 cup) of mild soap per gallon of clean water . Spray on entire area and allow to soak into the fabric . Scrub vigorously with a soft bristle brush, sponge, or clean towel. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue . Allow fabric to air dry . If stain and/or mildew are severe, bleach quantities may be increased .
