CTECH

Background

Partnership between city of Rochester, RCTC, WSU,

and RPS

Total of about $6.5 million from the community were

allocated for CTECH (collected through city sales

taxes)

MnSCU manages the dollars and will own the facility

RPS will use facility to provide programming for our

students

Design of Programs

PROJECT TEAM:Architect/Engineering Team: HGA, Inspec, and Elert & Associates

Construction Manager at Risk: Knutson Construction

Owner Stakeholders: Rochester Community and Technical College

Rochester Public Schools

Winona State University -Rochester

Current Project Status:Project is currently at the end of the Design Development Phase and A/E team has submitted the DD Submittal for Stakeholder review and comments by April 29, 2015. This DD Submittal also includes the Guaranteed Maximum Price proposal from the Construction Manager at Risk, GMP proposal confirms that the project is currently within budget.
