POST SHOWCAREER 2012
CAREER 2012 concluded successfully as the largest and most established education, recruitment and training exhibition in Singapore, showcasing more than 250 participating organisations with a visitorship of over 250,000 during its staging at Suntec Singapore, Level 4, Halls 402 to 404 on 1 – 4 March 2012.
Spanning across 8,000 sqm, the four-day exhibition presented a buzzing atmosphere with many features and highlights such as PEAKS Profiling Personality Test for Education and Employment, a Training Pavilion, 21st Century Skills Pavilion and Courses & Jobs Listings. Over 30,000 jobs offered by private & public sectors employers as well as local and overseas educational institutions presenting more than 30,000 course placements. Visitors were treated to a wealth of information on career opportunities across sectors, educational courses and professional guidance.
Career 2012 has proved to be a useful platform in providing relevant and timely information to individuals seeking education, career opportunities and guidance. Similarly, industry partners and associations were also present to create awareness of the profession and training opportunities in their respective industries.

Jointly organised by Singapore Professional Centre (SPC) and Informa Exhibitions Pte Ltd, this event has established its reputation as the largest and most important education, recruitment and training event in Singapore. Spanning across 8,500 sqm at Sands Expo & Convention Center Halls D to F, Career & Education 2013 aims to attract over 250,000 visitors whilst showcasing more than 250 local and regional exhibitors.

Background
The Career and Education Exhibition is one of the longest running events in Singapore and has attracted Singaporeans and thousands of visitors from across the region. This year, Orita Sinclair School of Design, New Media & the Arts is offering you an opportunity to win a full scholarship worth SGD 18,200. Participants are required to attend a certified 2-days grooming course (worth $430 with starter kit provided) for only $50. After the grooming course, 20 best-performing trainees will be selected to undergo another two days of training on poise and deportment worth $600.00, absolutely FREE! Upon completion of this intensive training, the finalists will showcase their new looks at the Career and Education 2013, on 3rd March 2013. $2000 worth of cash and hamper prizes to be won.
Ordinary men and women who are job-seekers or who need a change in their career will go through this specialised training to improve their image, self-confidence and poise to make that important first impression a lasting one.
