• Selectica, Inc: (NASDAQ: SLTC) VP of PSO at Selectica, a provider of configuration software and contract management solutions . While at Selectica, Joe was responsible for SOX reporting related to his P&L operations within PSO.
• Active Decisions (private): VP of PSO at Active Decisions, a provider of SaaS e-Tailing web tools for retailers with a major web presence: Apple Computer, CompUSA, Target Stores, etc.
• ValiCert Inc. (NASDAQ: VLCT) VP of PSO at Valicert. Internet security Provider
• Worldtalk, Inc. (NASDAQ : WTLK): VP of PSO & Support at Worldtalk, secure e-mail and and directory integration.
• The Santa Cruz Operations (NASDAQ:SCOC): Director Engineering Services, SCO was a provider of Xenix and Unix systems.
• During his career, Joe has provided direct consulting expertise to major enterprise customers such as the Federal Reserve Bank, Hong Kong Post, Wells Fargo Bank, MCI, and others.
• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Communications, Chisholm Institute of Technology.
