College of Business Career Fair and Interview Day Kent Student Center Ballroom • Offers opportunity for Business students to pre-schedule interviews, as well as meet and secure interviews with employers in the same day. Use Handshake to research the employers attending and their available positions. • Pre-scheduled (morning) interviews with employers will be followed by a traditional career fair. During the career fair, students can secure same-day (afternoon) interviews to quickly move their candidacy forward for the job or internship! To apply for positions and be pre-selected/scheduled for an interview in advance of the event day, you must first complete the Business Interview Ready program by Thursday, September 19. The Business Interview Ready distinction requires the following: 1. Resume reviewed by a member of the CSO career advising team (within the last year). 2. Mock interview completed (within the last year). 3. Handshake profile activated.
