• A 25 year old woman c/o chest pain andheadache was found to have a 35 mm left infra-hilar mass adjacent to aorta and multiplebilateral lung nodules on CXR and CT scan.

• Bronchial washing was negative

• EUS showed a heterogenous, predominantlyhypoechoic with central hyperechoic foci. Nocystic spaces were noted within the mass.

• A trans-esophageal EUSFNA of the hilar masswas performed
