Abstract: The main target of this survey is the village of Zhuangze in Pingyao County, Shanxi Province. By visiting villagers' homes, fields, industrial parks, breeding bases, etc. Feel the development of the rural changes, to understand the local rural development of the main driving forces. The contents of the project include a brief introduction to the village, the development of industry as the of rural revitalization, ecological livability, the improvement of the quality of the rural new generation, the construction of the rural grass-roots Party organizations, etc. By studying the road of "Zhuang Ze Village" Revitalization Development, we will gradually explore a new of rural revitalization development, and gradually popularize the strategic goal of realizing rural revitalization development at an early dat.

1. Introduction The report of the 19th National Congress for the first time put forward the implementation of

"rural revitalization and development strategy, " the report stressed that "the issue of agricultural farmers is a fundamental issue concerning the national economy and the people's livelihood, and must always address the issue of agriculture, rural areas and farmers as the top priority of the party's work. ". Therefore, this research object is the village of Zhukeng township in Pingyao County, Shanxi Province, which is located in the southeast of Pingyao County. The village is composed of Zhuang Ze and Xishanxin natural villages. The total area of the village is 4,936 mu of cultivated land and the population is 1,420, zhuangze village has developed from a poverty-stricken village to an administrative village in recent years. It is the key development object of the government and the experimental field for the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Development Strategy.

1.1 Industrial prosperity and ecological livability. When we go deep into Zhuangze village, we can clearly feel the appearance of a clean and tidy

village, according to local villagers report that the government has earmarked special funds for the construction of eco-rural areas to send local villagers to carry out garbage collection, and the streets are regularly cleaned by special cleaners to maintain a common eco-home; There is also an ecological green park to beautify the environment and purify the air. I then went to the fields and chatted with the villagers who were picking apples. "The primary industry here is mainly fruit trees, " he said. "The local fruit trees cover an area of more than 1,000 mu and are supplemented by coarse grains. ". I then visited the famous industrial park, Shanxi Yaoguang Coal and Electricity Co.Ltd. and the Sapphire industrial base in Pingyao, which is being built, as well as the cattle and chicken breeding base in Longhai City, it is the local industrial base, not only to provide farmers with a wealth of labor, but also greatly promote the development of the local economy, increasing the income of the entire village.

1.2 Improve the quality of rural residents, especially the quality of the rural new generation. In order to improve the quality of local residents and enrich rural culture, a special investment of

1.3 Strengthening the construction of Rural grass-roots Party organizations. The author through visited the village head's family to have in-depth exchanges with the village

head and found that the development of the village can not be separated from an organized and disciplined grass-roots Party organization group. The village head pointed out: "Our members of the village committee follow the party wholeheartedly, listen to the party's command wholeheartedly and serve the people. We have a clear division of Labor, unity and upward, and do our best to do practical things for the people. We have also been committed to training ourselves into a team of three rural workers who understand agriculture, love the countryside and love farmers. ". In the future, we will strive to revitalize the development of the rural economy, " the village chief said. "regarding the village's future planning, we plan to build a large-scale Fountain for villagers to enjoy and relax. We will set up a large display screen to regularly broadcast information such as historical sites, legal knowledge and other nutritious and high-quality cultural knowledge, so as to gradually raise the cultural level of the villagers and broaden their horizons. " We can see from the village leader of the achievements of the proud and the future of rural development prospects of great confidence. We also believe that under the leadership of a cohesive and capable team, the village will certainly get better and better.

Zhuangze village has also become a model of new rural development. On October 18,2017, the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China for the first time proposed a rural revitalization development strategy, focusing on five major areas: Industrial Revitalization, talent revitalization, cultural revitalization, ecological revitalization and organizational revitalization. The contradiction between our people's growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development is particularly acute in rural areas, the characteristics of the Chinese people in the primary stage of socialism for a long time are, to a great extent, the characteristics of the countryside The countryside is the most extensive and profound foundation for the most arduous and arduous task of building a moderately prosperous

socialist modern country in an all-round way, and the implementation of the strategy of revitalizing the countryside is the solution to China's major social contradictions in the new period, in accordance with the decision of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to win a decisive victory in building the Xiaokang in all respects and to achieve the second centenary goal and the strategic goals, it is of great practical and far-reaching historical significance. By 2020, at the central rural work conference, the objectives and tasks for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy were clearly defined. By 2035, significant progress has been made in rural revitalization, by 2050, we will have rejuvenated the countryside in an all-round way, made it a powerful country in agriculture, made it a beautiful countryside, made farmers well-off, and brought about an all-round revival in the countryside. The strategic headquarters has pointed out the direction for the realization of agricultural modernization. In order to realize the in-depth development of the agricultural modernization strategy, first of all, we should optimize the organizational structure at the village level and pay close attention to the organizational basis, we will strive to build a "leadership core" and a "battle fortress" for village-level governance. Second, we will continue to explore management models for emerging rural economies and formulate scientific models for rural governance, we should actively explore ways to promote the development of production, a well-off life and a sound ecological development on the basis of villagers'autonomy, the rule of law and social welfare, so as to form a new model of rural governance with beautiful environment, local conditions and customs, and NEAT families. On this basis, we should design a new model of rural community construction, improve the level of rural organization construction and management, implement a new model of community management, steadily accelerate the development of towns and residents in suitable areas, and do a good job in leadership, guidance and organization. "Pingyao Zhuangze village" actively introduces new-type agriculture in the greenhouse, promotes the development of tertiary sector of the economy characterized by picking sightseeing and tourism, provides material support and spiritual encouragement for education, and gives special rewards to families that attach importance to education, in order to guide the current atmosphere of attaching importance to education, and to strengthen the cohesion of the people's hearts by developing various ball games such as chess and cards among villagers, and to put forward the idea of "talents rejuvenating the country" for the smooth development of future rural work, the flourishing of industry, the ecological livability and the idea of "talents rejuvenating the country" , as well as the Party Committee's Consummation Organization, impels the countryside to embark on the rejuvenation road. The application of this model will help more villages to achieve prosperity.
