Somerset survey (Nov 2013) – main findings
• High service ratings.
• Low users - less satisfied with cost of liners.
• Lapsed users - say mainly due to paying for liners.
• Non-users - some simply need a caddy.
• Free liners - most frequently suggested improvement.
• Somerset respondents most positive about suggested interventions and caring about not wasting too much in the first place.
