On 16 April 1927, was registered in the Magistrates court in Sanok, "Dairy Cooperative in Jasienicy Rosielna limited" first of its founders were priest Joseph Królicki, Count Stanislaw Wysocki and director of the school Henryk Kraus.

In the years 1992 - 2002 definitely improved conditions of production and labor by building a new production hall with waterworks, sewage treatment plant boiler room and where these facilities meet the requirements of environmental protection both in the field of water treatment, air quality, noise, and workstations meet the standards of health and safety and production lines and production processes comply with the requirements of the European Union, where in May 2004 the plant was allowed to trade to all countries of the European Union.

Products of the cooperative are popular with consumers as evidenced by awards and prizes awarded by consumers, among other things: The title "Our good Subcarpathian" received in 2004 extra butter, 2005r.- Subcarpathian milk - the "Tasty Because Subcarpathian" the title of the Most Popular of Podkarpacie food product:

In a few municipalities, of which the cooperative began to receive milk, were exists organic farms rearing dairy cattle. At the beginning of the milk collected from

certified organic cows was not separated from the milk from the conventional farms.

At the beginning of organic milk accounted 10 percent. what has raised cooperative, in the first half of 2013. it was already 17 percent.

Each organic farmer receives about 10 percent. more one liter of than conventional farmer . The number of organic farms during those four years has not increased, became fused with some number of cows, and above all, improved milk production of cows.

butter, now came to the cottage cheese. It is planned to extend the range of natural yoghurt. Products are distributed primarily through a network of stores belonging to the Cooperative in the Podkarpackie voivodeship. Ecological dairy is more expensive by about 15 percent. by conventional.

Small margins, the cooperative could get, as has its own logistics and organic products are shipped to stores around the region together with conventional twice a week.

The cooperative owns 15 stores and several warehouses across the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. The network was based on the old points of sales. They have been renovated and adapted to the needs of trade. Thanks to that the cooperative costs amount to about 5 percent., and now is the annual turnover of 100 million PLN.
