Jolie was born at Mid- Michigan Hospital. She weighed 5 pounds, 15 ounces and was 17 inches long. She joins her sisters, Olivia and Kaylee, at home. Grandparents are Mike and Sherry Dillbeck of Sanford, and Betty and the late Kirk Bensinger of Ubly. KINGSTON’S Newt DeLong tries to establish posi- tion against Owen-Gage’s Eric Rievert. DeLong scored 5 points in vain, as the Bulldogs rallied for a 67-53 win. Bulldogs rally past Kingston Guest Kingston had their way early Thursday in Owendale, but couldn’t contain high scoring Brett Stockton during the middle 2 quarters, result- ing in a 67-53 victory for the Owen- Gage Bulldogs in a battle between former North Central Thumb League foes. A balanced scoring attack that fea- tured field goals from 5 different Cardinals had the visitors enjoying a double digit advantage in the early going before Stockton heated up. Trailing 14-5, Stockton netted a pair of treys before the break to help nar- row the gap to 30-25 at the halfway point. Stockton scored 13 of his game-high 32 points in the frame. The high scoring senior was just getting started. He poured in another 13 points in the third quarter, but it was the Bulldog defense, which held Kingston to just 6 tallies in the peri- od, which was the main cog in estab- lishing a 44-36 spread for the even- tual winners with 8 minutes remain- ing. Owen-Gage’s Ben Good scored all 12 of his points in the final period and the Bulldogs ended the game making 1 0 straight f r e e throws to preserve the victo- ry. Brett Morrish joined Stockton and Good in double digits with 11 points for Owen- Gage. He matched Stockton’s production from behind the 3-point arc with 3 treys on the night. Justin Ruggles registered 19 points and grabbed 6 rebounds to highlight Kingston’s offensive attack. Cardinals Steven Hill and Alex Lemos complete the list of double digit performers and finished with 11 and 10 points, respectively. OWEN-GAGE’S Ben Good alters the shot of Kingston’s Eric Hartsell.
