Water Conservation System AJC® steam sterilizers are equipped with a water conservation system composed by a heat exchanger and a water tank to recirculate the water in closed-loop for the liquid ring vacuum pump circuit, working together to reduce the total water consumption and improve the quality of the process.As a result, the total water consumption to cool down the drained water is reduced.

For a Higher Degree of Efficiency

In case the steam sterilizer is supplied with chilled water, less water will be necessary to cool down the condensates before drain disposal. A built-in reverse osmosis system with a water buffer tank features an energy recovery system that preheats the water for steam production. In this case, less energy will be required to produce steam. In both case scenarios, steam sterilization will be faster and a higher degree of efficiency will be achieved.

Loading a steam sterilizer in a CSSD is a task that requires a lot of work and heavy lifting, which can be very demanding for the operator.

Except if you have an ergonomic loading system.With our range of loading systems, made of stainless steel AISI 304 L, placing the load inside the steam sterilizer is no longer an effort.
