Le Développement
L’expérience de plusde 50 ans de travaildans la conception de ventilateurs spécifiques aux besoins clientèle fournit à ELCO une vaste et uniquebase de données permettant de sélectionner pour chaque client une solution optimale à son application.
Le département technique est équipéd’un système de projet CAD 3D, d’un laboratoire moderne pour lestests électriques, mécaniques et aérauliques conformément à lanorme AMCA 210-99. Une chambre de réverbération pour lestests de puissanceacoustique est utiliséeen conformité avec la norme UNI EN ISO3741:2001, des chambres climatiques "froide" et "tropicale", pour la simulation des conditions environnementalesdans lesquelles les ventilos sont supposés travailler.

La gamme des ventilateurs ELCO pour fan-coil, ECM-CO,est réalisée avec une large gamme de moteurs à commutationélectronique et d'helice, la sélection est fait sur la base des encombrements etdu débit d’air demandé.
Les ensembles volute + hélice ELCOsont de dimensions modulaires (suivant le tableau ci-dessous) et sont fixés au moteurselon les configurationsreprésentées dans les schémas ci-dessous(de 1 à 3 hélices). Le support de fixation du ventilateur est réaliséselon la spécification du client.
La gamme des ventilateurs ELCO comprend une plage de débit de 100 m3/h à 6.000 m3/h, les caractéristiques aérauliques, électriques,et mécaniques sont représentées dans cecatalogue.
Tous les modèles, sontconformes a la norme327/2011 du 30 Mars 2011,«Introduction à la Directive 2009/125/EC du Parlement et du Conseil Européen»concernant l’eco-designdes ventilateurs d’unepuissance absorbée entre 125W et 500 kW.
Les volutes ELCO standard sont réaliséesen matériel thermoplastique qui combine une durabilitéélevée ainsi qu’un bon amortissement du niveau acoustique.Sur demande les volutespeuvent être en acier galvanisé.
Les hélices ELCO sont du type à double aspiration, action directe.

Die Gruppen Schnecke-Lüfterrad bestehen ihrerseits aus modularenDimensionen (siehe nachfolgend aufgeführteTabelle) und können damit im Verbund mit dem Motor, laut einemSchema zwischen 1 und 3 Schnecken, auf Trägerplatten oder Kondenswasser-Sammelbecken (siehe nachfolgend aufgeführte Tabelle), dieauf Anfrage des Kunden entwickelt werden, befestigt werden.
Auf den folgenden Seitenwerden die elektrischenund die Maßeigenschafteneiniger beispielhaft genannter Modelle derProduktpalette dargestellt,die einen Luftleistungsbereich zwischen 100 m3/h und6.000 m3/h abdecken.

The Product
The fan-deck range for fan-coil units, calledECM-CO, is realized using a wide selection ofelectronic commutatedmotors coupled withsub-assembled housings/impellers thatare chosen in line with required air-flows and dimensions.
The housing/impeller assemblies are designed in accordancewith customers’ requestsand designed in modular sizes (see table below) and can be fixed to the motor, accordingto a 1 to 3 modularscheme, on plates ordrain pans (see tablebelow).
The following pageshighlight the electrical/dimensional features of some sample models belonging to those products with air flowsranging from 100 m3/h to 6.000 m3/h.

El cable de alimentacióndebe ser tripolar con conector Tyco 796634-2y cable de tierra separa-do. El cable de siñal, encaso de que sea máslargo de 3 metros, deberá ser blindado,con los dos lados en la tierra y el conectorde 5 vías tipo 796634-5.Elco no suministra esoscables.
