  • a tree…The RD Rýmařov Company has been operating in the construction market for 40 years. The history of the com-pany is closely related to the industrial development of modern civil engineering on the basis of prefabrication of wood. We have realized more than 21,000 constructions, not only family houses or apartment buildings, but also complete developer project.

    At the beginning there was know-how of the OKAL Com-pany from West Germany. Today, we are supported by our own, many-year experience and we are a company that knows its worth and has a potential of operating in the European market.

    Purposeful work on technical parameters, maximum preciseness within the quality assurance and advanced logistics allow us to achieve in days what other need months for. It is a construction system of the third mil-lennium where the combination of a traditional, naturally renewable material, together with premium up-to-date materials creates a dry construction process. This sys-tem meets all the parameters of present requirements for environment-friendly development in compliance with a permanently sustainable way of life. All the materials are renewable and disposable without any further load.

    Creation of a “sandwich” system makes it possible to achieve high energy parameters without the need to in-crease the built-up space or at the cost of the residential area. A low weight of the structure allows you to reduce the consumption of material for the building foundations, i.e. to reduce the construction costs. A high standard of organization, especially in the initial stage, means that the surroundings of the construction site are not burdened by construction activities and the speed of the construc-tion work allows us to fulfi l our motto “having a new home in a month”. Production of panels on automatic lines guarantees preciseness, which ensures high quality of completion work.

    RD Rýmařov puts high emphasis on health suitability of the used materials. In all the requirements we meet the requirements of standards of our country as well as strict standards of the traditional countries of the European Union. Our top quality is also evidenced by the right to use the RAL quality mark conferred by the Company for Quality of German Assembled Structures. We have ob-tained a certifi ed quality control system in accordance

    with the ISO 9001 standard. Another confi rmation of the quality of our productions it the European ETA Certifi cate in accordance with ETAG 007, which our company was the fi rst to receive in the Czech Republic. For our houses we have also received an energy certifi cate that ranks them in the category of energy saving houses.

    The houses are characterized by above-standard heat-insulation properties. All the used

    materials of the walls provide excellent insulation, ensuring temperature stability of the

    interior environment of the house. You can heat up the house much more quickly since you

    do not have to heat massive peripheral walls, but virtually only the interior space. We offer stan-

  • CENTRALIZED PRODUCTION OF INDIVIDUAL ELEMENTS ENSURES 100% CONTROL OVER THE PRODUCTION QUALITY OF YOUR HOUSE!

    PRODUCTION

    Individual parts of the houses are produced

    in production halls in Rýmařov. Here, periph-

    eral walls, ceilings, partitions and all the other

    components are prefabricated on a modern

    automatic production line. Windows and

    doors are installed in the peripheral walls

    here and at the same time external insulation

    with a thermo-façade is prepared.

    ASSEMBLY

    Finished structural elements are transported

    to the construction site, where they are in-

    stalled on the prepared foundation slab with

    the use of a crane. Thanks to the fact that

    the structures are prefabricated this way, the

    assembly of the house, incl. all the skilled

    handiwork, is completed within one month at

    the latest.

  • HOUSES OF THE RD RÝMAŘOV COMPANY ARE BUILT ON THE BASIS OF LIGHT PREFABRICATION OF WOOD

    Supporting elements consist of a massive wood-

    en spruce structure. The houses are assembled

    of large-area panels the composition of which

    complies with strict national as well as European

    standards.

    This technology guarantees long service life, high-

    quality heat insulation and reliable fi re-protection

    characteristics.

    The houses exhibit excellent economy of their

    operation, resulting from high-quality insulation

    of peripheral and ceiling structures. Insulation of

    the peripheral structure can be improved by addi-

    tion of an insulation ante-wall with the thickness of

    40 mm or 60 mm to enhance the heat protection

    of the house.

    The low value of the heat passage coeffi cient of

    the wall structure U = 0.18 W/m2.K ensures heat

    comfort in the frosty winter as well as on hot sum-

    mer days. The high-quality composition of the

    structures guarantees low heat losses of the hous-

    es and consequently low heating costs.

  • WHAT TO EXPECT IF YOU DECIDE TO BUILD YOUR HOUSE WITH US? IT IS A CHILD’S PLAY FROM THE BEGINNING UNTIL THE ENTIRE MOVING IN!

    The practically verifi ed time period from the decision until the moving in is about 7 months. However, this time period is only approximate depending on the client’s cooperation.

    1. Consultation with the Building Offi ceFirst, the client consults the conditions for the construction and appearance of the family house on the particular plot of land (roof inclination, garage, etc.) with the responsible Building Offi ce). If the client does not have his/her own plot of land, a business representative of the RD Rýmařov s.r.o. Company may help him/her with the selection of the plot in some locations.

    2. Free price quotation and adaptation of the family house layoutThrough a business representative in any of our business centres the client will choose the house type, agrees on modifi cations of the house layout and the preliminary technical scope of the delivery. On the basis of this, views and ground plans, including the required changes, will be prepared for the client. At the same time the business representative will prepare a price quotation, incl. transport charges and determine the preliminary construction schedule with regard to the client’s needs.

    3. Financing Houses of the RD Rýmařov s.r.o. Company can be fi nanced from the client’s own funds or by means of a mortgage or other loans. If the client is interested, we are able to mediate an appointment with a bank representative in one of our business centres.

    4. Contract on a future contractAfter a preliminary approval of the local Building Offi ce the client will conclude a contract on a future contract in a business centre of the RD Rýmařov s.r.o. Company. At the same time the client will receive a prepared study that will serve as the basis for the preparation of com-mercial design documentation.

    5. Design documentationAfter signing of the contract on a future contract (after approving the adapted ground plans, views and the price) the client will receive four copies of the design documentation of the house, together with a fi re report, delivery scope sheet and complaint rules. Preparation of the design documentation takes approx. 7 weeks.

    6. Design of the bottom structure and utility networks The client will receive a drawing of the shape (ground plan) of the foundation slab and a drawing of sample sections. Then, a lo-cal designer will deal with placing of the selected house type on the plot of land – i.e. preparation of a layout drawing, as-built drawing of the bottom structure, foundations in accordance with the local conditions (or design of the basement if applicable), connections of utility networks (incl. consultations with their administrators), a drawing of consolidated surfaces and fencing. On the basis of addition of these documents to the design documentation building permit documentation will be obtained. All this can be realized in cooperation with one of the business representatives of RD Rýmařov s.r.o.

    7. Building permit proceedingsOn the basis of the prepared design documentation the client will apply to the responsible Building Offi ce for the issue of the building permit.

  • 8. Performance contractAfter clarifi cation of the scope and price of the delivery the client will conclude a performance contract with the RD Rýmařov s.r.o. Company through a business representative. Among other things the performance contract defi nes the type of the house, the completion date of the bottom structure, the implementation schedule, preliminary specifi cations of the delivery scope, the price, incl. transport fees depending on the scope of the delivery of the house, the fi nancing method. On condition the client meets the cooperation terms specifi ed in the performance contract, the RD Rýmařov s.r.o. Company guarantees the agreed price through-out the construction period until the hand-over of the house on the basis of the concluded contract.

    9. Bottom structure and its acceptanceWhen the building permit becomes legally effective, the client will start and complete the bottom structure and arrange for the installation of all utility connections – water supply, electricity, gas and sewerage. The bottom structure can also be constructed by the RD Rýmařov s.r.o. Company. The construction of the foundation slab, incl. all connections, takes approx. one month. Acceptance of the bottom structure and inspection of the construction site and access road is always carried out by a specialist of the RD Rýmařov s.r.o. Company on the basis of a notifi cation sent by the client.

    10. Final specifi cations Preparation of the fi nal specifi cations allows you to select or specify particular materials (ceramic tiling, paving, carpets, colour designs, fi ttings and fi xtures, etc.). The client has the possibility fi nal modifi cations of the scope of delivery as compared to the concluded contract; however, only such modifi cations that do not have any principal impact on the design of the house. After the appraisal of these detailed specifi cations of the house equipment the client will receive a price supplement of the performance contract.

    11. Production preparationAfter successful acceptance of the bottom structure the RD Rýmařov s.r.o. Company will start preparing the production and purchasing the selected materials in accordance with the client’s specifi cations. The production preparation takes approx. 6 – 8 weeks.

    12. Assembly The RD Rýmařov s.r.o. Company will start the assembly of the family house on the client’s plots of land, incl. all handicraft work related to the scope of delivery. The assembly takes 30 working days at the most (depending on the size of the house).

    13. Hand-over of the house After the completion of the assembly the RD Rýmařov s.r.o. Company will hand over the house to the client by the agreed date.

  • DESIGNS OF STANDARD

    SOLO line

    Houses of the SOLO line provide a high housing standard and enough space for your own layout as well as architectural ex-pression. It is suitable both for the urban and rural environment.

    The standard structural system is based on the principle of a one-storey house with a habitable attic and a spanner truss. The size of the houses can be increased in multiples of the module with the size of 600 mm in the longitudinal direction. The houses are offered in two standardized widths of the gable wall.

    Houses of this type can be built in the left as well as right ver-sion.

    NOVA line

    Houses of the NOVA line combine requirements for spatial and comfortable living with adequate purchasing and equipment costs.

    The main characteristic of the structural system is the increased peripheral wall (its advantage is the same ground plan area of the attic as on the ground fl oor) and the truss structure of a pur-lin system. This results in the main benefi ts as high variability of the layout, considerable freedom of placing the staircase, pos-sibility to extend the house in multiples of the 600mm module in the longitudinal direction and a lower price of a useful unit of the house area.

    Houses of this type can be built in the left as well as right ver-sion.

    DIMENZE line

    Houses of the DIMENZE line represent modern designs of a family house with variable interior and an unusual design of the airy hall on the ground fl oor and the impressive gallery in the attic, which is lit by roof windows under the roof ridge.

    The main characteristic of the structural system is the increased peripheral wall (its advantage is the same ground plan area of the attic as on the ground fl oor) and the truss structure of a pur-lin system. This results in the main benefi ts as high variability of the layout, considerable freedom of placing the staircase, pos-sibility to extend the house in multiples of the 600mm module in the longitudinal direction and a lower price of a useful unit of the house area.

  • LINES OF FAMILY HOUSES

    KUBIS line

    Houses of the KUBIS line are designed as two-storey houses with a pent roof. They refl ect the effort to achieve maximum functionality, purity of simple lines and a characteristic style. The attic is not reduced by the roof inclination and therefore it has the same full-valued useful area as the ground fl oor.

    The structural system belongs to modern ones. The layout is open, designed in a modern way with strong focus on func-tionality and utilization of the residential space. The pent roof enables full use of the attic and gives the house unconventional appearance. The functionality and utility characteristics of the house are enhanced by the south orientation of the glazed side of the building with regard to heat gains.

    LARGO line

    Houses of there LARGO line are designed as one-storey bun-galows with non-residential attic space. They create a natural relaxation zone and barrier-free layout of the interior space.

    The size of the house can be increased in multiples of the 600mm module in the longitudinal direction. The spanner truss structure also provides high variability of the layout in accor-dance with the client’s preferences. The ground plan is rectan-gular or L-shaped.

    CITY line

    Houses of the CITY line have a remarkable design that main-tains the traditionally perfect interior layout.

    The fully two-storey house is suitable for areas with higher build-ings. The layout is maximally focused on functionality and use-fulness. The minimum built-up area provides maximum use of the habitable space with unlimited comfort. The rooms on both the overground fl oors can be adapted to the purpose request-ed by the client.
