Pilot-operated check valves from the Parker Manapakseries CPOM are sandwich plate valves designed forstacking beneath a directional valve with a standardisedmounting pattern. Depending on the function required,one or two pilot-operated check valves are arranged inthe ports A and/or B. The free flow direction is always fromthe valve side to the manifold side.

The valve bodies of the Parker Manapakvalve series CPOM are made of steel.
The valve poppet is precisely guided into thesteel sleeve and ensures a good seal on theseat. This metallic sealing configuration issubject to the criteria as a result of metallicline contact and operational wear.
When the valve poppet is open, the largecross-section allows high flow rates at lowdifferential pressure.
Different control ratios can be chosen withthe NG6 and NG10 valves.

Function
The check valves open when flowing to the consumerside, where the opposing check valve is hydraulically-mechanically pilot-operated simultaneously by a controlspool, and thus the return flow is enabled from otherconsumer sides.

Double-throttle check valves from the Parker Manapakseries FM are sandwich plate valves designed for stack-ing beneath a directional valve with a standard mountingpattern. Throttle and check valves are arranged in portsA and B.By altering the mounting position (FM2 and FM3) orinternal compenents (FM4), meter-in or meter-out flowcontrol functions can be selected.The throttle check valve can also be used to influence theswitching time of pilot operated directional valves. In thiscase, the valve is positioned between the pilot stage(CETOP03, NG6) and the main stage (CETOP05, NG10up to CETOP10, NG32).The FM6 valve is only available as meter-out.

Three types of metering needle design can be se-lected when ordering FM2 and FM3 valves to achievethe throttle characteristics required to suit the appli-cation.Large bypass check valves allow high flow at low pres-sure drop.
A two-stage needle provides fine adjustment in the lower flow range with 3 adjustment rotations.After 3 more rotations, the valve is completely open.
A cylindrical needle with a V-notch allows the fine adjustment in the entire setting range.

CharacteristicsDirect operated pressure reducing valvesSeries PRDM
Characteristics
Series PRDM are direct operated pressure reducingvalves to regulate pressure in one area of a hydrauliccircuit at a predetermined level below normal systempressure. Additionally, an integral pressure relievingfunction for the secondary reduced pressure circuit isincorporated into the design.
Funtion
These valves are "normally open" devices that allow fluidto flow trough the controlled port during their non-actuatedor "at rest" condition. When downstream pressure exceedsthe value set by the spring force, the control piston movesoff its seat, closing off the flow path and thus reducing thefluid passing through from the main system. The cushionedpiston modulates to maintain the preset pressure in thisbranch of the hydraulic circuit. If, due to external forces,the pressure continues to rise in this branch circuit, thepiston will keep moving against the spring force allowingfluid to be drained to the tank, thereby limiting maximumpressure to the valve's setting.
PRDM Manapak sandwich valves may be selectedto reduce pressure in the 'P' port, 'A' port or 'B' port.
The direct operated, cushioned piston design resultsin fast response, low leakage and minimal hysteresis.
Up to four pressure adjustment ranges are availablewith maximum pressure settings of 25, 70, 160 and210 bar (363, 1015, 2320, 3045 PSI).
Options include: A choice of two adjustment styles,and five gage port sizes.

General description
Pressure relief valves Series RDM are direct operatedpiston type valves with low hysteresis. They can be usedas a P-T relief, and a T-T controlled counter balancevalve. 4 pressure stages with max. pressure settings of25, 64, 160 and 210 bar are available.A pressure gauge/measuring port connection is availablein the valve body.

The pilot-operated pressure reducing valves from theParker Manapak series PRM are sandwich plate valvesdesigned for stacking beneath a directional valve with astandardised mounting pattern. The pressure reducingvalve, except for models PRM3 AA and BB, is always inthe P channel.The pressure reduction for the desired connecting port isachieved by internal connections of the pilot and drainlines with the corresponding channels.
The valve bodies of the Parker Manapak valve se-ries PRM are made of steel.
The control pressure range can be set by slotted headscrew, knob, or knob with lock.
Pressure gauge/measuring connections are availablein the valve body.
Piloting results in a flat p/Q performance curve whichis essentially only influenced by Q-dependent flowresistance.
The orifices located in the compensator spool limitthe pilot oil flow.

The pilot-operated pressure relief valves from the ParkerManapak series RM are sandwich plate valves designedfor stacking beneath a directional valve with a standard-ised mounting pattern. Depending on type, pressure lim-iting can be achieved in ports P, A, or B with unloadingalways taking place at T.RM valves may only be mounted in the defined mount-ing position.
The valve bodies of the Parker Manapak valveseries RM are made of steel.
The pressure can be set by slotted head screw,knob, or knob with lock.
Piloting results in a flat p/Q performance curvewhich is essentially only influenced by Q-de-pendent flow resistance.
The orifices located in the main spool limit thepilot oil flow.
