The Introduction Management Programme (IMP) focuses on building the foundation of management and leadership capability as well as refining core operational skills. If a NQF qualification is required after completion of the IMP Programme, delegates can register on an outsourced RPL Learnership and submit 9 PoE’s for assessment.
