We all realised how vulnerable we are to attacks from terrorists. A ship can be used by terrorists, either to transport weapons or as a weapon itself. We have t o do everything possible to prevent t his from happening again. Due to the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code and SOLAS chapter XI-1 and XI-2, Seagull has developed a very cost- effective onboard course combining CBT’s, workbook and practical exercises. happening again .
