Make it a party to remember for your special birthday child! Spring, summer, winter, or fall, a birthday party at the Y is a blast for children of all ages.

Your Y party includes:• 15 participants (inquire for additional guest price)• 90 minutes of selected party package• 30 minutes for cake and presents in the gathering room• Y birthday goodie bag or birthday shirt for the birthday boy or girl

We allow 10-15 minutes prior to the party time to set up, greet guests and meet your staff member who will be assisting with the party. A staff member will facilitate the 90 minute birthday party package.

You are responsible to provide the food, paper goods, and decorations (no push pins on the walls). Please allow for clean up within your party time. Parties are booked at least 3 weeks in advance to ensure reserved space and adequate staffing.

ARCHERY PARTY 5 years + | Up to 15 guests Calling all archers! Come shoot at balloons, play tic-tac-toe, or spell out your name! Participants will learn the basic skills of archery including rules and safety, knowledge of equipment, proper stance and techniques. Participants may use archery equipment provided by the Y or bring their own.

Fee: $200

DANCE PARTY All ages | Up to 15 guests Have a fun and funky party for boys and girls lead by one of our staff. We keep them moving and smiling with fun songs and dances including freeze dance, the hokey pokey, and limbo games. Fee: $160

ARTS & CRAFTS PARTY All ages | Up to 15 guestsCelebrate your child’s special day and give them memories to last a lifetime. Do you have a budding artist in your life? Children will express themselves and get creative by making projects they can take home.

Fee: $180

GAGA PARTY 6 years + | Up to 15 guests Let the good times roll! Gaga is a game similiar to dodgeball and is played with one ball in an octagon shaped pit. The game combines dodging, striking, running, and jumping, with the last person standing as the winner. Spend your birthday in our outdoor gaga pit or inside with our inflatable gaga pit.

COOKING PARTY 5 years + | Up to 15 guests Enjoy a deliciously unique birthday party! Celebrate your birthday in culinary style. Your budding chefs will work on whipping up a culinary masterpiece from scratch. Parties are perfect for ages 5 and up. Please call for policy regarding 4 year olds. No children younger than 4 years old can participate.

SUPERHERO PARTY All ages | Up to 15 guests Attention all superheroes! Come celebrate your birthday party at the YMCA. Children come dressed as their favorite superhero and our Y superhero will lead the kids in a series of interactive games and challenges. After they return from saving the world, the superheroes will create their own superhero masks.

SPORTS PARTY All ages | Up to 15 guestsBe the star of your very own sports party where we will play your favorite sports and fun games. Staff will ensure age-appropriate games are chosen for the birthday boy or girl to enjoy their day as the MVP. Sports play options include gym games, parachutes, flag football, basketball, kickball, soccer, tag games, floor hockey, and much more!

NERF WARS PARTY 6+ years | Up to 15 guestsWe can promise you that this will be the best party ever! Children will be kept busy with games and activities like capture the flag, target shooting, eliminations, and other games. The younger kids will enjoy NERF-themed sharks and minnows while the older kids will enjoy zombie hunters as part of the friendly fire games.

MAD SCIENCE PARTY All ages | Up to 15 guestsGive your child the ultimate science-themed birthday party. We want to show kids that science is everywhere, and it’s cool! Your child will be the lab assistant to the mad scientist, and every child at your party will make a fun, hands-on item to take home.

PRINCESS PARTY All ages | Up to 15 guestsAttention all princesses! Come celebrate your birthday at the YMCA. Children come dressed as their favorite princess and our Y princess will lead the kids in a series of interactive games and dances. After the princesses will create their own crowns and wearable jewelry.

SLIME PARTY 5 years + | Up to 15 guestsIt is going to be a gooey good time! Guests will make two types of slime decorated with glitter, sequins, foam balls, and more! Children will also decorate adorable slime containers to take their slime home in.

POOL PARTY (available June - August)All ages | Up to 25 guestsPool parties are a splash! Children enjoy a variety of pool games and swim time all under the supervision of our certified lifeguards. A brief swim assessment is given at the start of your party to assure the safety of the group. Your two-hour party includes an hour and a half in the pool with a lifeguard and 30 minutes for drinks and snacks. For a party of 26 – 45 guests, an additional lifeguard is needed at a fee of $30. Please note that this is a seasonal party at our outdoor pool.

Fee: $210(For 26–45 swimmers/non-swimmers, an additional $30 fee is assessed for an additional lifeguard)

LEGO PARTY All ages | Up to 15 guestsGive the gift of a party to grow on! In this interactive and hands-on party, children will design creations out of Lego bricks with a concentration on challenges, teamwork, engineering, and lots of fun!

THEME PARTY All ages | Up to 15 guestsWhat is your favorite theme? Is it Star Wars? Art? Harry Potter? Wherever your imagination takes you, our staff will take care of the rest. Give us a theme and we can create the best party under the sun.

POOL (Seasonal) Swimming is a great way to have fun during the summer months! Rent our pool for 20 – 25 swimmers/non-swimmers! Call for pricing.

Space at the Y is both flexible and functional for events such as birthday parties, church gatherings, family reunions, clubs, or social extracurricular activities.

Room Rental Fees: $75/hour | $50/non-profit groups

ROOM RENTALS

GAME ROOM Whether you are planning a beach party, costume party, or luau this is the perfect spot for your children to celebrate. Our game room includes foosball, air hockey, four square, board games, Wii, and a pool table. Available for up to 20 guests.

MULTIPURPOSE ROOM If you need a space for a baby shower, bridal shower, rehearsal, or other event with an adjacent kitchen, we have a multipurpose room for up to 40 guests.

GYM Playing sports is a great way to have fun. Rent our gym for your next sporting event for up to 40 guests.
