The reception was catered and held at the Clarion Innin Mason City. Flowers were provided by Otto’s Oasis,linens and decorations were done by Covered Occa-sions. The wedding dress was purchased from TheBrides Corner out of Waterloo, Iowa. Bridesmaids’dresses were purchased from Formalities here in MasonCity. Tuxes were provided by Moorman Clothiers.

The bridal party included maid of honor Trudie Poul-ter, best man Issacc Niles.

Bridesmaids were Erica Martinez, Heather Niles, andTerresa Martinson. Groomsmen were Dylan Wulff andJason Waddell.

The flower girl was Arianna Jones and Kylen Enabnitwas the ring bearer. Ushers included Brandon Shahan,Bobby Robison, and Lucas Rutta. Host and hostess wereShane and Naomi Wells. Personal attendant was LisaEnabnit. The Reverend Katy Pals officiated the ceremo-ny. Music performed by the Mason City String Quartetand song sung by Mellisa Hand.

Gabe works at Stellar Industries and Britany works atHeritage Care Center. They plan to honeymoon in theBahamas and reside here in Mason City.

MMAASSOONN CCIITTYY — Kait-lyn Marie Adams, 15, ofMason City, was chosen asa state finalist in theNational American MissIowa Pageant, to be heldApril 13-14, at the FiveSullivan Brothers Conven-tion Center, Waterloo. Sheis the daughter of Joe andMelissa Adams, of MasonCity.

The National AmericanMiss pageants are held forgirls ages 4-18, and havefive different age divisions.Adams will participate inthe junior teen (13-15) agedivision.

The winner of thepageant will receive a$1,000 cash award, theofficial crown and banner,a bouquet of roses, and airtransportation to competein the national pageant inCalifornia.

On March 16, 2013, anEagle Scout Court ofHonor has been scheduledfor Scout Andrew Lang.Andrew is a member ofOsage Boy Scout Troop1062.

Andrew joined CubScout Pack 4068 inAugust of 2004, as a firstgrader. He then crossedover to Boy Scouts inMarch of 2009, and hasbeen active in Scoutingsince.

Andrew has earned 36merit badges to date whichinclude the 21 that wererequired to obtain the rankof Eagle Scout.

Andrew’s service pro-ject benefited the OsageConservation Club at theiroutdoor shooting range,located on Spring ParkRoad. There were severalparts to the project whichincluded: repair andreplacement of two sepa-rate backstops, reinforce-ment of the overhead baf-fles, rebuilding the westfence, repair of the otherthree fences and a gate.Andrew himself logged 59hours planning, organiz-ing, and supervising themany volunteers who pro-vided an additional 228hours of labor toward thecompletion of this projectfor a project total of 287volunteer hours.

Although their fatherdied when she was 2, andher mother died when shewas 12, Adola and her sis-ter remained in MasonCity, where Adola graduat-ed from MCHS in 1941.

Adola married widowerSidney Frederick Wilson(deceased in 1993) in 1942and became known asAdola Hebrank Wilson.The couple had two chil-dren: Thomas F. Wilsonand Gary D. Wilson. Thosetwo sons joined a familythat included two boys(Richard L. –deceased2007, and Robert D., fromSidney’s first marriage).
