projects, site initiatives, details of new tenants, available spaces for office retail and car parking,
scheduled training, compliance or other legislation changes that affect your tenancy. We hope you
find it informative and beneficial, and please pass on to your staff to enjoy!

APPROVALS FOR FIT OUTS/WORKS
Tenants wishing to carry out any works to their leased
tenancy space are required to undertake the following prior
to starting works:
• Contact the Property Manager to discuss your proposed
works and the process involved;
• Submit required plans of the fitout/works to the CBRE
Site Team for review and Lessor’s approval as required
under the Lease;
• Plans and scope will be reviewed by CBRE who will
advise if the plans are acceptable or advise on elements
that require modification, clarification or further
investigation;
• Once Lessor approval has been granted by CBRE, the
Lessee must obtain all necessary Statutory and Legal
approvals for the works. Lessor’s consent to the
applications can be arranged via CBRE; and
• Ensure prior to works starting all contractors are
inducted to site and relevant insurances have been
submitted.
Once all the above has been submitted and approved, works
may commence in accordance with fitout guidelines and any
other instructions from building management.
NO SMOKING NEAR
ENTRANCES TO PUBLIC
BUILDINGS
In order to limit the impact of
second hand smoke on non-
smokers, section 6A(1)(i) of the
Smoke-free Environment Act 2000
bans smoking within 4 metres of a
pedestrian entrance to a public
building.
Please remind your staff to not
smoke in or around the entrances
to Centennial Plaza.
This is not only to comply with the
above legislation but also for the
wellbeing of all tenants and visitors
to the building.
