As many of us are aware, construction is well underway for the
multipurpose room expansion project. On behalf of all the staff, we
would like to Thank everyone for their accommodations during this
whole process. Updated information regarding the project and activities
can always be found on the Cora Coleman Senior Center’s Facebook
page. Don’t forget to like us and share with a friend as well.
Remember to register early! At some point, a decision must be made on whether or not to cancel a program due to lack of participation. Registering at the last minute may mean that the class has already been cancelled. Many
participants use the center, specifically because it is reserved for adult use. Adults age 50+ are given priority registration status. However, adults age 21-49 may fill
activity spots if they still exist within the week prior to the activity date.
Clark County Department of Parks & Recreation welcomes individuals of all abilities to
participate in our programs. We will fully comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act in making reasonable accommodations to
encourage Participation in our programs. We are committed to provide assistance to those
with mental and physical disabilities who require special accommodation to participate in a
program or activity.

machines.

Beginning Computers $37.00 per session
Tuesday 10:00 am - 12:00 pm This class provides basic skills on the
computer and programs. Registration is required and space is limited. Instructor
is Bi- lingual

Private Computer Lessons $14.00 - 30 minute lesson $19.00 - 45 minute lesson
$24.00 - 1 hour lesson This class provides one-on-one lessons.

The center has a wide selection of both DVD
movies and books that are available to our partic-
ipants? Stop in and visit our redesigned library
and you might find a book to check out. All
books are free to check out. We have a large
variety of movies on DVD that are available to
check out. Participants can take up to 3 movies
for one week, see staff for details. Currently we
are not accepting any donations of books.

and being accepted.

teach a variety of classes. If you have a
skill or talent you would like to share,
please see the front desk staff.
Senior Dimension will cover the following: *Annual Open Lane Swimming Pass
*Annual Fitness Room Pass and *One Fitness Class per Session
(may be an aquatics class or exercise based class in center) participants must
register at the front desk, provide copies of their insurance card and driver license or state ID and agree to swipe in for their
classes.
All passes will expire on 5/31/19.
