• Gratiot Area Chamber of Commerce - Industry Roundtable in 2007

• Roundtable added companies from Isabella County– Needed to take regional approach

• October 19, 2010 – CMMA kick-off– Lots of Interest

• Six plant Visits – Morbark, Aircraft, CME, Barry Controls, Garr Tool,

MPATC

Key Facts

• Existing Gratiot Industry Roundtable will function as a steering committee

• Allows new association to gel without getting bogged down with 501(c)(3) issues and the like

• Eventually will cede governance as requested to officers designated by CMMA.
