Student Clubs and Organizations Fair • 8-10 a.m. SURC 1st FloorThis is an opportunity to check out a number of student clubs and organizations, from athletics and social interest groups to academic and multicultural organizations. Come by and introduce yourself and get your questions answered.

Admissions, Registrar and Orientation Staff • 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. SURC PitRepresentatives from the Office of Admissions, Registrar and Orientation offices will be available on the first floor of the SURC to answer any questions you have about your admission status, transcripts/transferable credits or orientation registration.

University Housing and Dining Services • 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. SURC West Concourse/135Representatives from University Housing and Dining Services will be available on the first floor near the west entrance of the SURC to answer any questions you have about the room selection process, the housing deposit or meal plans.

Information Services understands all things tech at CWU, Student Employment can help you find a job, and University Police keeps everyone on campus safe. Financial Aid Office and Student AccountsFinancial Aid staff will be available to meet with you. If you’ve been asked for verification documents this would be an excellent time to hand deliver them. Navigating Your First Year at Central • Wellington Event CenterCWU seeks to create a seamless transition to campus. Our many student services are here to provide support through each phase. Academic Advising, Orientation, and FYE will share a brief description of how they help, and current students will share tips from their own experiences.

Transfer Student Information • SURC, room 201Your experience as a transfer student will be different from first-year students in some ways and similar in others. Meet a few folks who will aid you in the unique aspects of your academic path.

Living Learning Communities (LLC) • SURC, room 202Living Learning Communities (LLCs) provide opportunities for students to develop relationships with faculty from a respective discipline in a residence hall setting. LLCs complement students’ classroom experience by providing lifelong learning opportunities. Through formal and informal activities, students’ connection with faculty results in greater understanding of their academic pursuit, affirmation of career choice, and enhanced preparedness for a career path.

Academics Enhanced - Black Hall, room 150 Undergraduate research is a hallmark of a premier learning experience. Come learn of the opportunities available through the Brooks Library/Learning Support Services and SOURCE - the Symposium Of University Research and Creative Expression.

Head On: Being a CWU Athlete • Black Hall, room 151 This session will provide information on how to participate in one of our 15 intercollegiate sport programs, 26 competitive sport clubs or 20+ intramural sport opportunities. Whether you are looking for information on NCAA Eligibility, insurance, athletic goals and information or simply seeking a way to stay active during your student experience, this workshop will give you all the answers to your questions. Representatives from CWU Athletics, Competitive Sport Clubs & Intramurals will walk you through all your options.

Jr. Wildcats • Black Hall, room 134 This session is designed for prospective students who have not yet applied and may be visiting Central for the first time. We will cover the admissions process and review the many opportunities that CWU can offer you in the future. Application assistance will also be available. Museum of Culture and Environment: 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. • Dean HallThe museum approaches our diverse and changing world with an interdisciplinary perspective, examining home life, culture and our interaction with the environment.

Exhibit: The Living Room: What can the living room—a supposedly mundane space—tell us about the human condition? The MCE celebrates The Living Room, a new exhibition featuring photographs (by local artist, Rob Fraser) of living rooms within our community.
