CENTRIFUGAL BLOWERS

VENTECH Centrifugal Blowers are well engineered, high efficiency air moving blowers, incorporating all the latest improvements to suit any type of Industrial Application like Fume / Vapor exhaust, Dust Handling, Material Conveying , Induced Draft , Forced Draft and so forth in foundries, Power Plants, Engineering Industries, Cement & Chemical producing plants and the like. The Blowers are designed to meet each customer's individual specification.

Striking Features

The blowers are provided with single and multiple (parallel or series operation) impellers to suit wide range of air discharge and pressure development combinations. These Blowers are fabricated in heavy gauge steel and other suitable Materials of Construction with heavy duty pedestals to ensure durability and reliability. The impeller wheels are of multi-bladed construction with its blades of special contour engineered to handle varied quality air streams. All impeller wheels are statically and dynamically precision balanced for smooth operation in application.

Standard : MS sheets and plates

On Request : Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel and Aluminium Construction is offered when required to exhaust corrosive fumes or in spark proof construction . Coating of special corrosion resistant paints or FRP lining and metal spray finish can also be offered on request.

Our Engineers choose the drive arrangement for increased life and optimum performance of the Fan.

Arrangement A - Blower wheel mounted directly on the motor shaft.

Arrangement B – Blower wheel mounted on a shaft supported by two bearings on one side, mounted on the pedestal.

Arrangement C – Arrangement B with extended pedestal to mount the motor and blower, to have direct coupling.

Arrangement D – Blower wheels mounted on the shaft with bearings, one on each side.
