1. Common functionality
Refers to the system attributes and functions applicable to Authorised Dealer, Tourism Operator, ZTA and RBZ Users regardless of their user level. To access CEPECS logon to https://cepecsrpt.excon.rbz.co.zw/
1.1. Login
Click on Enter TRAS, which is a Form TRAS1 application link. This takes the user to the following page:

The user has to enter his/her user ID (case sensitive) and password(case sensitive) and click on LOGIN. If there is an error, he/she will have to retype user ID and password. If no error, the system will display the CEPECS application main page (see below).

CEPECS Form TRAS application main page
This is the application main page, which enables the user to navigate the Form TRAS1 system. A user can click on any active link for TRAS [SEARCH, CREATE, or LIST], Change Password and Logout of Form TRAS1. NB: Authorised Dealer with ADMIN role, all RBZ and all ZTA users are not privileged to view TRAS [Create] link on their screen as shown below
To SEARCH Form/s TRAS, the user clicks on the Search link. After clicking SEARCH, the following page displays:

Username and Password Administration
Usernames and initial passwords are created by Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe for all users and communicated through the email address provided by the user. Soon after receiving and using the allocated password for the first, the user is responsible for changing it to the one which is secret to oneself. The link for Changing Password is available on the welcome page which appears after the successful logon.

1.2. Form TRAS1 Search
Search for one Known Form TRAS To SEARCH for an existing Form TRAS, the user has to be in possession of a Form TRAS number. The user can search for a Form TRAS1 by its number, without populating other fields of SEARCH page criteria i.e. simply enter the Form TRAS1 number in the TRAS Number box and click SEARCH. After clicking SEARCH, the system displays the Summary line to the user. Search for many Form TRAS using defined Criteria (Name of operator and/or Status of Forms TRAS) If the user searches using Form TRAS status and Tourism Operator, the system will then display the Form TRAS1 list corresponding to the criteria he/she entered.

1.3. Form TRAS1 List
2. Tourism Operator Functionality The Form TRAS can be created, view, amended and printed by Tourism Operator to whom a valid username and password has been provided. There are two roles for the operator i.e. TOUR_OPERATOR and TOUR_OPERATOR_ADMIN. The TOUR_OPERATOR simply drafts (i.e. creating) a Form TRAS and the TOUR_OPERATOR_ADMIN submits (but can also create in cases where the Tourism Operator is run by one person) the Form TRAS to the Bank under which the user is registered.

2.1. TOUR_OPERATOR Functionality
The TOUR_OPERATOR captures data into all the provided fields and click on SAVE INFORMATION link. After saving, the SAVE link

disappears and UPDATE INFORMATION link appears. The user can then amend the data as required before the next user (TOUR_OPERATOR_ADMIN) submits the Form TRAS to the Authorised Dealer.
2.2. TOUR_OPERATOR_ADMIN Functionality The TOUR_OPERATOR_ADMIN screen appears as shown below with additional link to enable him/her to SUBMIT FORM to the Authorised Dealer.
After the TOUR_OPERATOR_ADMIN has clicked on SUBMIT FORM link, the same link disappears and the Form TRAS changes to SUBMITTED status from DRAFT status. In SUBMITTED status and subsequent stages, the Form TRAS cannot be amended. Any capturing errors noted after a Form TRAS has been SUBMITTED may need to be REFERRED by RBZ users

3. Authorised Dealer Functionality
3.1. AD_BANK Functionality This functionality under Authorised Dealer is the same as TOUR_OPERATOR for capturing the data onto Form TRAS for offline tourism operators.
3.2. AD_BANK_ADMIN Functionality AD_BANK_ADMIN has the role described under TOUR_OPERATOR_ADMIN (less ability to create a Form) and the additional responsibility to CERTIFY Forms TRAS For the Forms TRAS originated by the Authorised Dealer on behalf of the Tourism Operator the AD_BANK_ADMIN is the one who submits and certifies the forms.
After the AD_BANK_ADMIN has clicked on SUBMIT link, the same link disappears and the Form TRAS changes to SUBMITTED status from DRAFT status. In SUBMITTED status, the AD_BANK_ADMIN subsequently CERTIFIES the Form TRAS as a true and solemn declaration of economic activity of a tourism operator.

4. RBZ Functionality All RBZ users view and print all Forms TRAS and REFER Forms TRAS for amendments to be effected by the Tourism Operators. RBZ Users update Tourism Operators details through the Tourism Operators [Amend Data] link. After clicking on Amend Data link the following screen appears.
After clicking on the ZTA No, the user get access to the Tourism Operators details for editing.

ZTA Functionality
ZTA users view and print all the Forms TRAS in the system and there are not editing rights on the form.
