超级研磨是指，通过粒度微小的磨石与工件在低压力下的相对运动，加一小幅度的振幅振动，加工工件表面的方法。Superfinishing is a process of giving the final touch to the workpiece surface using a grinding stone. The grinding stone with fine-grain surface, attached to the workpiece surface by pressing under weak pressure, is oscillated in small amplitude while the workpiece is rotated.

钻石(Diamond)是在地球上硬度最高， 以努氏硬度计为准，相当于

CBN的约2倍，还相当于一般研磨材的3~4倍，被评价为最好研磨材。

Diamond is the hardest material that exists on the Earth. Because it is about two times as hard as CBN in terms of Knoop hardness and approximately 3-4 times harder than general grinding materials, it is evaluated as the best grinding material.

此外，在650℃以上的高温发生氧化反应，加工铁系材料时，因高温

的研磨热而进行碳化合磨损，以加工效率降低，对加工非铁系材料的

加工合适。

On the other hand, oxidation reaction takes place above about 650℃. Therefore, when machining ferrous materials, since carburization and abrasion caused by high-temperature grinding heat makes processing

ability decrease, it is easy to process non-ferrous material.
