The innovave cericut® LASER process developed by Cerion GmbH can cut, drill, CNC machine and 3-dimensionally structure glass all at once. Whether building glass or technical glass - cericut® works with maximum flexibility and precision, without contact and without cooling agents. These are your benefits: ▪ Glass processed with cericut® can be further processed into tempered glass. ▪ LASER cuts and drilled holes are precise over the enre depth and produce a very clean edge to surface without conchoidal fractures and micro-cracks. ▪ The accuracy of cericut® is in the range of 10-50 μm. ▪ cericut® produces a kerf that is only 150 μm wide, the glass no longer has to be broken, the drill core or glass cut-out can be easily liſted out. ▪ Also classic cuts with c-edge, mitre cuts or chamfered edges are no problem. ▪ cericut® is low-maintenance, very easy to automate, has no force and requires no cooling water. ▪ There are no more costs for tools, because cericut® works with laser light and is always sharp. Thanks to the combination of galvanometer head and servo motors, the c-cut is highly precise and dynamic. It can be operated automatically as a station in a production line and is easy to integrate into production thanks to laser class 1.
