Program DescriptionThis four-day program delivers a deep, qualitative understanding of risk management methodologies, governance structures for the management of risk in banks, and the regulatory principles outlined by the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision. الســابق ذكرهــا وذلــك باســتخدام األســلوب التفاعلــي لتشــجيع المناقشــة بين المشــاركين.

شروط الحصول على برنامج تطوير عضو مجلس اإلدارة الفعال:فيما يخص الحضور:

حضور 80% على األقل من ساعات البرنامج •حضور الجزء الثالث كامًا •النجاح في التقييم الذاتي •

فيما يخص التقييم الذاتي:يتــم تقييــم المشــاركين فــي هــذا البرنامــج مــن خــال اختبــار تقييــم ذاتــي يتــم تنفيــذه بعــد نهايــة . 1

كل جــزء مــن أجــزاء البرنامــج )باســتثناء الجــزء الثالــث(. الحصول على نسبة نجاح 80% أو أكثر في اختبارات التقييم األربعة. . 2

فــي حالــة عــدم رغبــة المشــارك فــي أداء اختبــارات التقييــم الذاتــي أو عــدم اجتيــازه لهــا، ســيحصل •علــى مــا يفيــد حضــوره البرنامــج شــرط اســتيفائه شــروط الحضــور.
