E X H I B ITO R I N F O R M AT I O N• Exhibiting corporations must be a current member of the IMSDC or NMSDC.
• Exhibiting MBEs must be currently certified, and in good-standing with the IMDSC and/or an NMSDC regional Council.
• Booths are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Each booth is 10’ wide x 10’ deep with a back drape and side drapes. Each booth is equipped with one 6’ draped table, two chairs, and booth locator sign.
• Each exhibitor is listed in the official program. MBEs who submit their profile information (see MBE registration form) will also have this information included in their exhibitor profile.
• Two complimentary passes are included in the exhibitor booth registration fees for personnel to staff the booth that include: The “Welcome to Indy” reception, Corporate Luncheon, continental breakfast, workshops and Business Opportunity Fair. Additional passes are available for $150.
• Additional booths are available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Only one business may be displayed per booth.
• No direct selling or order taking.
• Soliciting in the aisles or entrances is forbidden.
• Companies interested in providing a door prize time to be drawn during the Business Opportunity Fair may submit their item to the IMSDC information booth on April 25, 2013.
An exhibitor packet will be sent to all exhibitors a few weeks prior to the event. The George E. Fern Company is the official exhibit service contractor. They may be contacted directly for further questions at 317.634.9606.
