1.Officer polls surroundingcar’s using Broad Band Spectrum at 260 to 470 MHz FCC Part 15 band and receives the VIN and current speed for all vehicles up to 2 km away.

2.All cars within range ofthe poll transmit theirVIN and current speedback to the officers car.

3.Officer contacts dispatcher with information from the poll and the dispatcher retrieves the key for the criminals vehiclefrom the police database.

4.Officer transmits encryptedkey to criminals car bringingthe engine to an idle speed.
