2.All cars within range ofthe poll transmit theirVIN and current speedback to the officers car.
3.Officer contacts dispatcher with information from the poll and the dispatcher retrieves the key for the criminals vehiclefrom the police database.
4.Officer transmits encryptedkey to criminals car bringingthe engine to an idle speed.
